About Carbone Collision Center
In many ways, the story of the Carbone Auto Group is a perfect example of the American Dream realized. With only $40 in life savings in 1929, Joe Carbone started his own business with hopes of great success. When he started out on this adventure, he knew that the focus needed to be primarily in one area: customer service. Carbone knew that treating people well was the key to success. This philosophy has led to massive growth and a thriving business that still has heavy family involvement. The Carbone Auto Group serves the automotive needs of Utica/Rome, NY area, as well as Troy, NY.

I had a wonderful experience at Carbone Collision Center when they replaced the hard top on my Jeep. Stephanie, Chelsea and Mike were fantastic! Highly recommend!

After being hit by a school bus Carbone Collision repaired my car. I was able to leave my rental car there when I picked up my car and they handled bringing it back to Enterprise and I was surprised to see that they even cleaned the inside of my car. My car can get pretty rough since I have a toddler and I allow snacks inside :P it was all worry free for me

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. My truck has been in and out of there multiple times for the same accident over the course of months. They don't order the right parts or they don't know the parts they have to order. Parts are supposed to come in a few days. They end up coming in weeks later. I don't get any updates. I have to call them to get updates. My truck supposed to be done and here I am waiting and I have to call them days later. They ordered the parts to do my heat shield for my exhaust 2 weeks ago. They just come in last week. I make an appointment for Tuesday. All they have to do is replace the heat shield and do an alignment. They tell me it's going to take a day. I have to call them at the end of the day to find out what's going on they tell me they will call me in the morning. It's now 11:00 a.m. I have to call them just to find out that they didn't order some clips that they needed and they don't know how long it's going to be before the clips come in. I would never take my vehicle here again and I would never recommend someone bring their vehicle there.

I got it back after a month, thatβs okay, that didnβt bother me too much. What was unsatisfactory was the interior was horrendous. There was a lot of white residue in the inside of my vehicle. To my knowledge, absolutely no detailing was conducted when they informed of the my vehicleβs being finished. There were bolts not tightened as when I drove off I heard a very loud screeching sound cause from my rear number rubbing off the road. There were bolts not tightened back in my rear passenger seats. I took it straight back & luckily they fixed that. Unfortunately the interior of my vehicle was still dirty. Attention to detail would be nice, customer service was nice & professional, but whatever is happening the shop. I donβt know π€·ββοΈ 0 stars would be highly recommended.

I've never had a worse experience with any business. I used Carbone Collision because their repairs are guaranteed via my insurance. All my car needed was paint repair on two doors after it had been keyed and scratched. This is a brand new 2021 Nissan rogue which I'd purchased in 01/2022. Carbone called me on 05/18/22 to tell me my vehicle's paint repair was complete. When I inspected the vehicle I found that they'd left the vehicle filthy inside. They'd left all sorts of white dusty substance all over the vehicle. The interior is black so you literally can't miss it. An employee looked at the vehicle and agreed that it was supposed to be detailed and the external issues in the paint and so-on was unacceptable. So, we left if for another day for them to clean it. 05/19 rolls around and I'm told it's complete again. I arrived at the shop after work and upon inspection it was most certainly not cleaned. So that brings us to today, the third day in which Carbone told me this vehicle was completed. Now, the interior is definitely cleaner than it was, but there is discoloration of the steering wheel that wasn't' there before, a sizable dent in the detailing that wasn't there before, and
